The San Diego County Aging & Independence Services organization is an advocate for computer labs in libraries, access to refurbished computers, use of technology in senior centers. The county already sponsors a secure portal (Network of Care) for families and care recipients to communicate.  After a recent forum on Aging and Technology, a local group, including this agency, is forming a Technology Coalition to help local organizations become more familiar with technologies that could help seniors in the county.
