MobileHelp closes $5 Million funding round. Art Cahoon and Robbie Raybon added to Board.
December 5, 2011, Boca Raton, Fla. MobileHelp an Integrity Tracking, LLC company announced today it has closed a $5 million funding round. MobileHelp, designs and develops remote monitoring technologies for seniors. The round was led by Art Cahoon, of Rock Creek Capital of Jacksonville, Fla and Conifer Partners of Thomasville, Ga.
MobileHelp is America’s premier Mobile Personal Emergency Response System (M-PERS).
