Available immediately, My Day, a custom Alexa skill for seniors, offers a COVID-19 screening module. A
daily well-being questionnaire administered via Alexa assesses symptoms and communicates status to
designated loved ones, caregivers and members of the health community. This essential tool could assist early
detection among seniors while providing peace of mind to their family and loved ones.

My Day (www.start-myday.com) is a well-being program for independent older adults, delivered on Alexa-

enabled smart devices. To date, over 11,000 older adults have used My Day to track their safety and security,
nutritional status and emotional well-being. My Day also helps connect seniors to family and friends by
providing a daily text message update.

Older adults are at the highest risk of developing serious complications from COVID-19 infection and are
facing new challenges of social isolation and anxiety due to social distancing and self-quarantine. Virus
symptom monitoring was added to My Day to help seniors and their loved ones track any potential symptoms
and to provide alerts should a senior need help.

Dr. Randall Williams, founder of My Day for Seniors says, “Now more than ever, advanced technology has the
opportunity to provide support and engagement for people who would have been hard to reach even 5 years
ago. My Day for Seniors is just one way we can help flatten the curve while providing support to seniors and
peace of mind to loved ones.”

Seniors interested in My Day may visit http://www.start-myday.com or can find My Day for Seniors on the
Alexa app or Amazon Skill Store. Loved ones and family members may sign up for My Day Companion at
