“We are extremely pleased to have attracted an executive of Teresa’s caliber to lead and scale WellAWARE in its mission of improving the quality and efficiency of care for seniors,” said David Horazdovsky, CEO of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society and member of WellAWARE’s Board.  “Her impressive track record of leadership combined with her strong ability to build and manage high-performance teams will ensure that WellAWARE will continue to drive innovation and establish strong strategic partnerships that allow its customers to deliver the most cost effective and highest quality care possible.”

DiMarco holds a BS in Nursing from the University of Virginia (UVA) and an MBA from UVA Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

"This is an exciting time to be joining WellAWARE,” said DiMarco.  “WellAWARE is an incredibly dynamic organization addressing one of our country’s greatest challenges – caring for the growing senior population.  The company’s innovative solutions, industry-leading customers and strategic partners form an exceptionally strong platform for growth.  I am looking forward to joining such a talented team and market-leading customers to continue building a platform that empowers senior care providers to deliver the highest quality of care and improve their business results.”

“Teresa’s world-class healthcare experience, sales and marketing expertise, and demonstrated leadership skills made her, without question, the obvious choice for this role,” said Liam Donohue, Managing Director of .406 Ventures and member of WellAWARE’s board of directors.   “Under her leadership, WellAWARE will increase its lead in developing and deploying innovative monitoring technologies that help customers improve the quality of the care that they provide."
